This is the largest of the three properties, and the only one with a separate bedroom and a balcony. The living room, in a palette of pinks and whites, opens onto a balcony furnished with woven resin armchairs — enough to have breakfast outside for much of the year.
The bedroom has a double bed with an upholstered headboard. The living room has a sofa bed for two more guests. The bathroom is a deliberate contrast: black marble, walk-in shower, oval backlit mirror.
The kitchen is the best equipped of the three apartments: oven, hob, extractor hood, large refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine is installed on site. The address is the same, one street from the Promenade des Anglais, with shops and transport close by.
