Privacy
What lofti.fr collects, what it does not, and where the data you entrust to it goes.
Data controller
SCI TONY DE, a French property company (société civile immobilière) registered in Nice, is the controller for the processing described below. Any question on the matter goes to contact@lofti.fr.
What the site does not collect
No analytics, no advertising trackers, no embedded social networks. Browsing these pages puts nothing on your device and builds no profile. That is also why no banner asks for your consent on arrival: there is nothing to consent to.
The contact form
It collects what you write into it: your name, your email address, optionally your phone number and the apartment concerned, and your message. Nothing else is added.
This information is used solely to reply to you. It is neither sold on nor used to send you anything other than that reply.
The message is kept in the owner’s mailbox for as long as it takes to deal with the enquiry, and at most 12 months after the last exchange.
To limit bursts of submissions, a one-way fingerprint of your IP address is held in memory for a few minutes. It is neither written to disk nor attached to the message, and cannot be traced back to you.
The booking module
Availability, the calendar and payment are provided by Lodgify, the owner’s booking tool. The module loads only at the moment you use it. Everything you enter there — dates, guests, contact details, payment — is passed to Lodgify and processed by them, under their own terms.
Cookies
The site sets none of its own. The Lodgify booking module, once loaded, may set those its operation depends on; they then belong to the service you have just asked for.
Server logs
Like any site, this one is served by a host that keeps connection logs — IP address, date, page requested — for technical and security purposes. Those logs are not used for anything else.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its erasure, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@lofti.fr. Requests are answered within one month.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
