Three apartments, one building, one person to talk to
LOFTI is neither an agency nor an aparthotel: three self-contained apartments in the same building in Nice, let directly by their owner.
One building, in the Magnan district
All three apartments are in the same building, in the Magnan district, west of central Nice. Everything that depends on location is therefore shared: a street running parallel to the Promenade des Anglais, the beach at the end of the street, the Magnan tram stop and everyday shops all close by.
What sets them apart is size, how many they sleep — 2 to 4 depending on the apartment — and, for one of them, a balcony. The rest is the same: Reversible air conditioning, Equipped kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Washing machine, High-speed Wi-Fi, Television, and Smoke detector.

Each apartment has its own page, with its calendar and its rates. Booking is completed on Lodgify, the host’s booking engine: nobody sits between you and the owner, before or during your stay.
This site is a shop window, not a booking centre: it shows the apartments, where they are and what they have, and leaves dates and prices to the calendar, which is what counts. Anything not answered here can be sent to contact@lofti.fr.

Who lets these apartments
The three apartments are let by SCI TONY DE, a French property company (société civile immobilière), registered with the Nice trade and companies register under number 910 791 599 on February 25, 2022. Ervin Dema is its manager, and the host you write to.
